Rip Van Winkle, from what I can tell from my experience and from a few others, is a relatively easy yet incredibly intriguing character to draw. Rip is someone who is not your stereotypical villain, but someone who seems to occupy the role of a villain by circumstance. Standing tall, gaunt, freckled and bespectacled, her physical appearance implies duty before personal looks and instills fear in the miserable souls that become targets to her warhead of destruction. To match her deadly skills is a superior intelligence merged with a sadistic perspective of mankind... however, her cute teddy bear clock and drugstore umbrella could either be a strange personality quirk or a means of confusing the enemy. Tragically (albeit fated to happen), her reign of terror can not last for long...
